Release Anxiety with Passionflower Bath Ritual

Passionflower (passiflora incarnata) is know for its benefits in reducing anxiety, stress and worry. There are countless way you can use this magnificent plant, from the flower, to the stem, to the delicious fruit. Passionflower is recognized as the plant that brings peace to the soul. To make the bath is very simple, you will need to add the passionflower into warm water on the tub, you can add some epsom salt, and any other herbs or essential oils that might call you. If you are not able to find the flower you can also user the herb which is dried leaves and you can put into a little satchel bag and let it float in the water, much like making a tea but instead it will be in your tub. Relax into the water taking deep breath inhales and exhales. Call in the energetics and Spirit of the passionflower to help you ease through and remove any anxious feeling in your body.

Passionflower will help you in calming racing or cyclical thoughts, and even help you with insomnia. It can be done during the day to help you be calm through the day and also at night to wind down and help you fall asleep.
